Nitriding machine barrel processing flow:
Blanking → rough machining of barrel inner hole → heat treatment (quenching and tempering) → finishing → rough grinding → heat treatment (nitriding) → fine grinding → inspection → acceptance
Processing flow of alloy cylinder:
Blanking → rough machining of barrel inner hole → alloy casting of barrel inner hole → finishing → fine grinding → inspection → acceptance
heat treatment:
1.Quenching and tempering treatment:
Quenching and tempering is to heat, quench, temper and keep the material warm so that it has strong toughness and hardness. It can increase the service life of barrel screw and reduce deformation.
Quenching and tempering hardness: HB≥260
2. Setting treatment:
Shaping is to heat the screw that has been rough processed, and its temperature is higher than the nitriding temperature, so that the nitriding screw will not deform or bend in the nitriding process.
3. Nitriding treatment:
The hardness of barrel screw after nitriding treatment of our company can reach over hv900. The products after nitriding treatment have excellent wear resistance, fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.

Nitriding depth:0. 5-0. 6mm
